Basic Channel is a minimal techno duo and record label formed by Moritz Von Oswald (aka Maurizio. Ex-Palais Schaumburg) and Mark Ernestus in Berlin, Germany in 1993. A compilation album that contains the edited versions of their 12-inch vinyl tracks. A classic of minimal techno in the ambient/dub style. Abstract sound in a hazy, misty tone.
