Slint/Spiderland (1991)

A rock band formed in Louisville, Kentucky, United States in 1987, Slint's second album. A pioneering work which had a great influence on later post-rock/math rock scene, such as Tortoise and Mogwai. The heavily-subducting and syncopated beat is pleasurable. Extreme volume changes (quiet/loud sounds, mumbling/screaming vocals). Features "Good Morning Captain".
